Who is responsible?
MEDUSSA²³ is an independent project in the canton of Zürich, Switzerland. For enquiries and questions about personal data, contact business.medussa23@gmail.com.
What does this website collect?
The website is informational and static. It has no contact form, account registration, analytics scripts, advertising trackers or marketing cookies operated by us. Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.) may process IP addresses and technical request data for hosting, delivery and security.
What happens when you email us?
If you choose to contact us, we use your email address, message and any information you voluntarily share to reply, evaluate possible collaboration and manage the correspondence. The mailbox uses Gmail (Google). Do not email sensitive or confidential data at the first stage.
Who processes information, and where?
Hosting is provided by Cloudflare Pages, and business email is handled by Google. Technical access data and correspondence may be processed outside Switzerland, including in the United States. See the respective providers’ privacy notices for details. We do not sell contact information or operate a marketing mailing list.
How long is information kept?
We retain correspondence only while needed to handle the enquiry, maintain necessary business records or comply with legal obligations; retention is reviewed and data can be deleted where permitted. The hosting provider manages its own technical logs.
Your rights and questions
You can request information, correction or deletion of personal data, subject to applicable law, by emailing business.medussa23@gmail.com. You can also ask us not to contact you again.
