SEEKING EARLY CONVERSATIONS We are looking for one or two small businesses with a real operational question to explore. The first email exchange is free and without obligation. Any assessment or pilot would require a separately agreed scope, price, privacy terms and human approval.
We start by email. You describe one challenge, and we discuss whether a small evidence-led review would be useful. Only then would we agree scope, price, data access and responsibilities in writing. No confidential documents are needed to start.
